How to Swap your Brushes
- Flip your plate upside down so the brush faces upward.
- Grab a #1 Phillips screwdriver or driver bit and bit extension. Ideally, this is +3 inches long to clear the brush.
- Remove the screws.
- Remove the two metal plates.
- At this point, the old brush can be removed.
- Insert your brush, starting halfway along the right or left side of the brush plate.
- Put both metal plates back in place, as before.
- Replace the screws (9 on each side).
- We set our Milwaukee M12 driver clutch to 2 (keep it very low), you do not want to overtighten!
